Capitol Officials pay last respect to the slain Urbiz Mayor

Capitol Execs Pay last Respects to Mayor Balolong.  Provincial Administrator Rafael Howard F. Baraan (2^nd from right) leads other provincial department heads in paying their last respects to the slain mayor of Urbiztondo, Ernesto Balolong, Jr., last June 16.  Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr., who earlier visited the wake last June 9, condemned in the strongest terms possible the heartless assassination of Balolong.
