Pangasinan offered mass for Sec. Jessie Robredo

MASS FOR ROBREDO.  Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. (seated right) leads other local officials, Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) personnel, police force and provincial government employees to a special mass offering for the late Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse M. Robredo Thursday morning of August 23 at the Pangasinan Training and Development Center in Lingayen.  Robredo perished in a plane crashed off Masbate Bay last August 18.
