PPH’s Dialysis Center: Third’s Best in the Country. The Mayor Julian V. Resuello Dialysis Center of the Pangasinan Provincial Hospital in San Carlos City has been adjudged 3rd Best Dialysis Training Center in the country (Top Performing Training Providers in Nephrology Nursing) for 2012 by the Renal Nurses Association of the Philippines (RENAP). The 14-station dialysis center, constructed under the administration of Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. in cooperation with Da Vita Foundation, is the first government-owned dialysis facility in Region I that offers scaled down cost of treatment for indigent patients. (PIO Photo)
