The
provincial government of Pangasinan through its health department launched an
integrated anti-tubercolosis, leprosy and rabies drive in Bayambang District
Hospital on August 19. Hundreds of residents (given with free medical services
in the photo) from the towns of Bautista, Alcala, Sto.Tomas, Rosales, Basista,
Malasiqui and San Carlos City participated in said activity. Provincial Health
Officer Anna Theresa S. de Guzman said the activity sought to help
financially-challenged Pangasinenses to avail of free medication for TB,
leprosy and rabies.
