P3-million capital assistance for grassroot groups

Vice Governor Jose Ferdinand Z. Calimlim, Jr. (center), Provincial Administrator Rafael F. Amado T. Espino, Jr., the provincial government provides soft-loan assistance to grassroots communities engaged in small-scale industries at a low four percent interest rate.  Also present during the distribution are Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Emilio Samson and Provincial Population Office consultant Luzviminda Muego.
